He is a well regarded entrepreneur who has held top leadership posts at the Holiday Inn Surfside in Clearwater Beach, FL; The Houstonian, The Driskill, The University of Houston Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Administration and The Lancaster, which under this guidance earned prestigious and highly coveted accolades from Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast magazines as well as City Search. As CEO of Orion Hotels, he was an active consultant specializing in difficult situations. Dan ZimmermanDan Zimmerman joins Hankamer and Associates after working in marketing and management contract acquisitions with Mankarios Partnership, a hotel management firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Zimmerman began his education at Rice University in Houston, TX where he studied business, economics, and political science while playing varsity football for two years. He then finished his undergraduate career at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX majoring in Advertising at the Temerlin Institute.
