Sergio joins Hankamer & Associates from a distinguished and accomplished career in hotel management, development and consulting. A graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stout, College of Hotel & Restaurant Administration, Sergio's 35 years in the hospitality industry include leadership with limited service brands, boutique luxury hotels, full service corporate hotels, resorts and conference centers. He is a well regarded entrepreneur who has held top leadership posts at the Holiday Inn Surfside in Clearwater Beach, FL; The Houstonian, The Driskill, The University of Houston Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Administration and The Lancaster, which under this guidance earned prestigious and highly coveted accolades from Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast magazines as well as City Search. As CEO of Orion Hotels, he was an active consultant specializing in difficult situations. He is located in Austin/Central Texas where he specializes in hotels, investment properties, commercial and luxury residential real estate.

Dan Zimmerman
Dan Zimmerman joins Hankamer and Associates after working in marketing and management contract acquisitions with Mankarios Partnership, a hotel management firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Zimmerman began his education at Rice University in Houston, TX where he studied business, economics, and political science while playing varsity football for two years. He then finished his undergraduate career at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX majoring in Advertising at the Temerlin Institute. Mr. Zimmerman is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in Land and Commercial Investments.

Mark Moody
Mark Moody joins Hankamer after a career in hotel accounting, operations management, and real estate asset management. Mr. Moody's most recent affiliation was Asset Manager for Del Lago Resort on Lake Conroe, which recently sold for over $30 million. Mr. Moody specializes in land, apartments, hotels, mobile homes, and other rental and for sale properties.
