Affiliated with Armando’s in the same center at Kirby & Westheimer, Lulu’s is a charming little boutique restaurant with a limited and delicious Italian menu right on the edge of River Oaks. Just as Armando’s has a country cousin branch in Round Top (Mandito’s), Lulu’s does as well, right on the Town Square. Back in Houston, an inviting bar and a genial barman offer a meet and greet opportunity to ‘ladies who lunch’ and to the dinner crowd.
